Ingredients to make Chicken Biryani
- 1 kg of boneless and skinless chicken meat
- A cup of yogurt
- 1 spoon of cumin powder
- 1 chopped onion
- A tablespoon of turmeric powder
- 1 and a half cups of rinsed basmati rice
- Ghee
- Chili powder
- Garlic
- Teaspoon salt
- Chopped mint
- A lime
- Chicken broth mixed with one spoon of garam masala
The process to make Chicken Biryani:
Cut chicken into reduced-down lumps: 6 to 8 pieces from every thigh. In a bowl, blend yogurt and powdered flavors. Add chicken, blend well to cover, and save. In a food processor, purée onion, ginger, garlic, and bean stew pepper together. Put away.
